Sundowners by the seaside in Margate reopen their Cabaret Room from this Monday 17th May

Exciting news from Sundowners in Margate where Duncan and his team will be reopening the inside venue and their Cabaret Room from this Monday 17th May.

Duncan Bayles, the owner of Kent’s friendliest LGBTQ+ venue, has already opened Sundowners’ lovely outside terrace which offers a table service from his friendly staff from 11am to 10pm each day. But from Monday 17th Sundowners will also be open inside from 5pm every day – and earlier if the weather is bad. The rules of 6 applies for inside tables but outside on the terrace groups of up to 30 people will be able to meet.

There are some amazing shows happening every weekend but if you fancy a break from London and want a bank holiday weekend by the seaside then Margate and Sundowners must be your destination!

The bank holiday entertainment kicks off with Tia Kofi on Thursday (27th) on the sun terrace. On Friday (28th) it’s the The Vixens with two great shows, at 7.30pm on the outside terrace and then at 10.30pm inside in the Cabaret Room.

On Saturday the legend that is Rose Garden will be taking to the Sundowners stage at both 7.30pm on the outside terrace and 10.30pm in the Cabaret Room. For both Friday and Saturday there are limited edition combined entry tickets for both shows at only £8.

On Sunday (30th) it’s Jamie Heward performing at 4pm and on Bank Holiday Monday at 4pm it’s The Michael Bublé Experience as Michael Appleton brings you his authentic and breathtaking tribute show to the Canadian crooner.

Tickets for all shows are £5 and inside in the Cabaret Room there is a maximum of 6 people per table. Tickets from www.licklist.co.uk.
